Therefore, our team is aggressively working on expanding its geographical footprint through the acquisition of additional Batteries Plus stores. Our goal is to become known throughout the Batteries Plus franchise network for achieving “best practices” in store operations and unit profitability.
Nerds To Go
In 2025, Cobblestone Group added Nerds To Go to the portfolio. A leading IT solutions franchise, our Nerds To Go locations will specialize in on-site and remote technology support for businesses and individuals alike. We are pleased to expand into the tech services sector with this addition. By leveraging our expertise in operational excellence and customer service, we aim to establish a strong reputation for delivering top-tier IT solutions while driving growth and profitability across our Nerds To Go locations.
The UPS Store
We are a multi-store owner/operator of several traditional and non-traditional locations of The UPS Store. These locations are in diverse markets and include both acquisitions and new locations. The UPS Store model requires a higher-level of training and sophistication than most franchise businesses and Cobblestone Group has excelled in this area. Our team continues to seek out new business opportunities within The UPS Store franchise network.
CS Abode Properties
CS Abode Properties over the years acquired and developed a portfolio of desirable multifamily residential properties. As part of the Cobblestone Group, CS Abode Properties consistently achieved maximum cash flows and consistent returns, while maintaining unequaled customer service for all our residents. Cobblestone Group intends to renew its investments tied to recreating a geographically diverse portfolio of multifamily properties. This will be in areas of the country that correspond with both sustainable and viable economic growth activity. This segment of Cobblestone Group’s business has operated very successfully in both joint venture and limited partnership capacities. The core portfolio was sold, creating $100’s of millions in Capital Gains for the Partnership.
