Cobblestone Group typically invests equity capital in niche market opportunities, middle market industrial, business services, consumer or value-added distribution companies with the following characteristics:
- $250,000–$25 million in revenue
- Franchised or niche business with expandable footprints
- Organizations looking for an exit strategy
- Strong fit with our core values
As Cobblestone Group adds acquisitions to our portfolio, the above financial metrics can be flexible based on the uniqueness of the opportunity.
Investment Criteria: Situations

Recapitalizations of closely-held or family-owned companies that provides either:
- liquidity to the sellers while allowing for continuing ownership or
- participation with our team - Buyouts of private companies
- Spin-offs
- Companies that need significant capital to fund internal growth or growth from add-on acquisitions
- Distressed business situations
